Terms of Service

AFX AI is an educational and analytics tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Nothing in the product—including AI coaching, reviews, reports, projections or insights—constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance and simulations do not guarantee future results.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Eligible plans may include a free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits or security, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME — TODO] is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AFX AI. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — TODO], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
